Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West hotel

This hotel is a great premier Inn! The location is good but the entrance was difficult to find because of all the scaffolding that surrounded the hotel. The rooms were the standard you would expect from a Premier Inn with comfortable beds. The breakfast was nice and I particularly liked the sausages and hash browns.

What a great premier inn. I stayed in one of their premier plus room and had such a good sleep. From easy check in from the friendly staff to the tasty great value breakfast. Rooms are clean, no noise and great bed. Location is also fantastic.

The body wash in the room was lovely. The room itself was ok. The most impressive part of the experience was “Silvia” the lady who sorted us at breakfast. She asked about allergies and I’ve never had such great treatment. She got me a fresh plate, knife and folk and also opened a fresh packet of cereal for me. I was amazed! Thank you

Stayed one night for a gig at Ariva studios, the location was perfect. We had an issue with the room we were allocated, Matt on reception quickly and efficiently moved us to another room, which we appreciated. The bed was comfy and everything was what you would expect from a Premier Inn room. It was very quiet and we had a good night sleep. We found the hotel to be tired and in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was good quality and hot. Again the dining room furniture was tired and the carpet could do with replacing.

This Premier Inn was a standard one, with all of the norms, but with a stunning view of both the streets and the lake. Room was clean and decently spacious, with condiments, a TV, beds and a toilet. There are some things, though. The windows are very wet and the walls surrounding it are mouldy on the outer layer. There was also moisture on the walls, which, when sleeping against the wall, can feel weird. As well as this the view from the window is partially obstructed by scaffoldings for a new extension. Also, there is no other car park nearby other than an NCP car park, and staying for just ONE night meant we had to pay another additional £30 tariff for SEVENTEEN hours. There was no hotel discount available. The breakfast works, with unlimited continental/Premier Inn Breakfast, including fresh sausages, bacon, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, cereal, fruit, pastries, and drinks, like tea and fruit juice. This 6 floor Premier Inn is, in fact, just a normal hotel with some cool views. (Obstructed by scaffolding)

The service was good, we got there early and was able to check in earlier than we should have. The location was great walking distance or and easy Uber ride into town. The room itself could have been a bit more looked after, as the accessible room that we had, the door didn't close completely. And the wet room would flood if stayed there for too long, it doesn't seem to drain quick enough. The flusher handle is to low, difficult to reach for wheelchair users. There was however plenty of room, and the bed was comfortable.

Been here for the last two might for a team away day. Sylvia has been been absolutely fantastic and could have helped us feel more welcomed. She was personable, friendly and just generally lovely. Her customer service is 10/10. The hotel itself is fine but a few of the team including me have mentioned a smell of damp in a their rooms. Not sure where from but worth looking into. Overall, quite pleased though

Our room had a view of the river, nice shower, and the normal lovely mood lighting and good hairdryer. Checkin staff very helpful and they also offered suitcase storage in return for a donation to their charity. It's easy to get to it via free bus 1 (bus stop after the science museum) or walking behind house of Fraser, cross the river on bridge Street, then turn left to follow the river bank (Google maps doesn't currently know about this lovely riverside walk).
